Doc's Deals - Google GSuite

Google's GSuite is a complete solution for managing business communications and assets.  Linuxdoc is proud to be a certified Google GSuite Partner, and in addition to offering you a 14-day free trial period, I also have a limited amount of promotion codes that will give you 20% off the first year of either GSuite Basic or GSuite Business.
These promotional codes are available until January 2010 and will be given on a first-come first-served basis.  I don't know exactly how many codes I have, but when they're gone they're gone!

 

 

SO WHAT IS GSUITE?

GSuite comes in 3 basic flavours; Basic, Business and Enterprise.

The core of GSuite is a suite of collaborative productivity seamlessly linked with professional business email, video meetings, shared calendars, spreadsheets, presentations, online document editing and storage (30GB cloud storage for Basic), security and administration tools, GSuite Alert Center, and 24/7 support by phone, email and online.

G Suite Business has everything available in G Suite Basic but it differs in that it has additional Drive administration, auditing, and reporting features.  Business also includes UNLIMITED cloud storage (limited to 1TB per user if fewer than 5 users), Google Vault for every user, "smart" search across GSuite with Cloud Search, Archive policies and data retention policies - set how long emails and communications are archived for (great for GDPR compliance), control over the actual geographical location of where your data is held (ie specify your data is stored only on UK servers, or excluded from US servers etc), an app/coding development environment, eDiscovery (help prevent data loss from e.g. staff turnover/mergers), audit reports for tracking searches, user activity etc, and of course 24/7 phone, email and web support. 

GSuite Enterprise is, to be honest, something that I could supply but in a much more tailored and bespoke way that would fit your company model and ensure easy and trouble-free growth in a way that evolves in a seamless and homogeneous way as required.  Besides, I can't give you 20% off Enterprise.  Just email me and we'll get you started.

HOW DO I GET MY CODE?

Firstly, sign up for your free 14 day trial of Basic or Business here.  When you come to setting up billing, email me first for your promo code (preferably PGP signed and encrypted with my public key) and I'll send it to you within 48 hours - but probably more like 5-10 minutes.  You don't have to enter any billing information until after your free trial, but if you do enter it before you won't be charged until the full 14 days have elapsed.

PLEASE NOTE: you must enter the 20% off promotional code when you first set up billing.  You can not apply it after your billing information has been completed and submitted.  MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CODE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR BILLING INFO!
